Receiving a Refund?

If you electronically filed & selected Direct Deposit, the money will be deposited into your bank account.

If you requested a paper check to be mailed, it will take longer to arrive.  Keep an eye on your mailbox.

Sometimes if you select Direct Deposit, the IRS or CDOR may instead send the refund in the mail.

How to Check the Status of Your Refund

Federal Refund – IRS Refund Status

• You will need to enter your SSN, Filing Status, Refund amount

Colorado Refund – CO Refund Status

• You will need to enter your SSN, Refund amount

NOTE these tools will only work if you are receiving a refund.
