With Jeff’s passing, who would we talk to about adding another site to the Appointment system? The last time we did this we needed someone at your end to assist or add the site. We also have some questions about our four sites being able to schedule amongst the four . A couple of them can, one can’t. Please let us know who to contact.
Hi, This is Tim Shea, the D22 DC. We have had several people try to access the Colorado test and they are confronted with a request for an email address and a password once they “Click to go to the test”. This appears to be something new. Were you going to put out a message on how to get through this , or was it an inadvertent addition? Before, when you hit the click to start it went to the questions, the first being your district. Let me know , whatever we need to do and I can pass it on .
The test is not available yet.
It was just released last night and has to be converted to the quiz system and tested before being generally available.
A notice will be sent out once it is up and running.
I was playing around with the Knox basic test return and found an unexpected anomaly in the Colorado Resources Toolbox. I got two different answers for the allowability of EIC depending on the tax year. As far as I know, there were no significant changes between 2024 and 2025 (other than inflation changes) that would affect this determination. The 2025 calculator indicated that the taxpayer was not eligible for EITC, while the 2024 calculator said she was. I can provide two screen shots if you would like.

Thank you. I appreciate your prompt response.

Am I going crazy?
I’ll check into it and post my findings.
